B·WLL Mail Club terms

Correspondencia Mail Club is a monthly physical-letter subscription prepared by Iliana Tognola (B·WLL), Miami, United States.

Plans and payments

Monthly plan: USD 9 per month, automatically billed through PayPal. Twelve-letter pass: USD 99, one payment, with no automatic renewal. Shipping is included in both plans. Prices are in US dollars; PayPal may apply currency conversion according to your account.

Mailing

Envelopes are mailed from Miami on the 24th of every month. Arrival time depends on the postal service and destination. If you join after an edition’s cutoff date, your first letter will be the following edition.

Cancellations and pauses

You may cancel the monthly plan by writing to bwll@ilianatognola.com before the next charge. Letters already paid for will still be mailed. The Twelve-letter pass does not renew automatically. To pause a shipment, write to us before the 20th.

Address changes

Tell us by email before the 20th of the month for the change to apply to that month’s shipment.

Letters that do not arrive

If 14 calendar days have passed since mailing within the United States, 35 days in Europe or 45 days in Argentina, write to us and we will replace the letter once at no cost.

Privacy

We use your name, email and postal address to manage your subscription, mail your correspondence and notify you when it ships. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Payment is processed by PayPal; we do not store your card details.

Providers involved in hosting, payments, email or shipping receive only the information necessary to perform their role. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw optional marketing consent, by writing to bwll@ilianatognola.com.
