Imagine finding an envelope among the ordinary things in your day. Knowing someone chose every detail with you in mind. Opening it, feeling the paper and giving yourself a little while to read with coffee, mate or your favorite music in the background.
Inside are stories of love, friendship, meetings, partings and questions you may have asked yourself too. You might recognize yourself in an anecdote, laugh at a very familiar misadventure or sit with something you had never quite put into words.
The story doesn’t end when you close the letter. The journaling question opens your side of the conversation: an invitation to look at your own life with curiosity, write without rushing and listen to what you want to tell yourself.
And then the keepsakes remain: a photograph beside your desk, a phrase between the pages of a book, a question that returns throughout the month. I hope this correspondence finds a place in your rituals, and that you look forward to the next one.

We mail letters on the 24th of every month. Delivery time depends on the postal service and destination.

- Receive a welcome email confirming your plan.
- If you join by October 23 at 11:59 p.m. Miami time, your first correspondence will be the October edition.
- We mail it from Miami on October 24 and email you when it begins its journey.

Timing may vary because of customs or local delays. We consider a letter delayed after 14 calendar days in the United States, 35 days in Europe or 45 days in Argentina; in that case, write to us and we will replace it once at no cost.

What is a mail club?
A subscription that brings physical correspondence to your home once a month. At B·WLL, I prepare a personal letter and small details that accompany each edition’s story.
Where does this Club begin?
The first letter begins in Miami. The following ones will travel with the places and memories I write from.
When is it mailed, and where do you ship?
We mail on the 24th of each month, with shipping included. To check coverage for your destination, write to bwll@ilianatognola.com.
How do the plans work?
The monthly plan renews automatically at USD 9 per month. The twelve-letter pass is a single USD 99 payment with no automatic renewal. Choose your option and complete your payment through PayPal.
How do I request a cancellation or address change?
Write to bwll@ilianatognola.com. You can cancel the monthly plan before the next charge. To change your address, let me know before your envelope is mailed.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Yes. In the sign-up form, enter your email for the confirmation and the recipient’s postal address. If you’d like, write to us and we can include a small gift card in the first envelope.
Do I need a PayPal account?
Payment is processed through PayPal. In most countries, you can pay by card without creating a PayPal account.
Can I pause for a month?
Write to bwll@ilianatognola.com before the 20th and we will pause your next shipment. The monthly plan can be cancelled before the next charge.
What if my letter does not arrive?
If 14 calendar days have passed since mailing within the United States, 35 days in Europe or 45 days in Argentina, write to us and we will replace it once at no cost.
Do you ship to my country?
We regularly ship to the United States, Argentina and Spain. For other destinations, write to us before joining and we will confirm timing.
I hope this is the beginning of many stories, a few confidences and a long correspondence between us.
